What are the types of plastic surface treatment:
1. Scrub
Frosted plastic generally refers to plastic film or sheet. When extruding the sheet, the surface of the forming roller has a frosted pattern, so that the frosted pattern is naturally formed during the cooling process of the plastic. This method is simple and fast, especially for transparent products. better effect
2. Polishing
Using mechanical, chemical or electrochemical action to reduce the surface roughness of the workpiece to obtain a bright, flat surface processing method. Plastic products are generally rolled up with abrasive paper to polish the plastic products, which is usually the first step before spraying!
3. Spraying
Plastic spraying is mainly to coat a layer of plastic paint on metal equipment or plastic products, and then coax it to dry, usually for about 10 minutes. Thanks to the progress of paint, to achieve the same effect, it is not necessary to paste paper as before. . Spray paint can isolate the air, and spray paint is an insulator, so it can play the role of anti-aging and anti-static of plastic products. The most important thing is to have the appearance effect that plastic products themselves do not have.
Four, silk screen
The printing plate is usually square and in the shape of a fine screen. During printing, the ink on the printing plate is squeezed by the squeegee and leaks from the through-hole part of the layout to the substrate. There are many materials for making screen plates, such as nylon (PA), polyester (CA), silk or metal mesh. If the PC (polycarbonate) has this surface treatment, the color performance will be very good.
5. Pad printing
First, the designed pattern is etched on the printing plate, and the etching plate is coated with ink, and then most of the ink is transferred to the printed object through the silicone head.

The pattern is pre-printed on the surface of the transfer film, and the exquisite pattern on the transfer film is transferred to the surface of the product through one-time processing (heating and pressure) by a thermal transfer machine. , greatly improve the grade of the product. 7. Water transfer printing: It is a kind of printing in which the transfer paper/plastic film with color pattern is hydrolyzed by water pressure.

This method can achieve dazzling effects and is suitable for ABS and PC plastic products. At the same time, because of its complex process, high environment and equipment requirements, it is generally suitable for large-scale products.
