1. The selection of the injection mold should be good, rigid enough, the dimensional accuracy of the cavity and the positioning accuracy between the stencils should be high, and the surface roughness should be low.

2. The degree of conformity between the actual size, shape and position of the three geometric parameters of the surface of the part after injection mold processing and the ideal geometric parameters required by the drawing. Machining accuracy is measured by tolerance grade, the smaller the grade value, the higher the accuracy; the processing error is expressed by the numerical value, the larger the numerical value, the greater the error. High machining accuracy means small machining error, and vice versa.

3. In the selection of injection mold processing equipment, in order to achieve the ideal geometric parameters required by the drawings, the accuracy of the mold processing equipment is an inevitable requirement.
