1. 3. Always keep the mold thimble and guide post moisturized (the most suitable lubricant should be selected), and regularly check whether the thimble, guide post, etc. are deformed and surface damaged. Once found, replace it in time;

4. After completing a production cycle, it is necessary to apply professional anti-rust oil to the mold working surface, movement, and guide components. Pay special attention to the protection of the elastic strength of the bearing parts of the gear, rack mold and the spring abrasive. Ensure that it is always in the best working condition; as the production time continues, the cooling channel is prone to deposit scale, rust, silt and algae, etc., so that the cross-section of the cooling channel is reduced, the cooling channel is narrowed, and the gap between the coolant and the mold is greatly reduced. The heat exchange rate increases the company's production costs, so the cleaning of the runner should be paid attention to; for the hot runner mold, the heating and control system maintenance are helpful to prevent the occurrence of production failures, so it is particularly important. Therefore, after the end of each production cycle, the belt-type electric heater, rod-type electric heater, heating probe and its thermocouple on the mold should be measured with an ohmmeter.
